UK LifeLine Partner Network
Clarion have recognised the importance of working with fellow 
professionals within the industry to offer the most effective and reliable solutions to our customers. LifeLine systems are ‘open managed’ systems. This means that you are not reliant upon one single provider having to supply, install and maintain your equipment.
Clarion have a number of highly experienced industry partners throughout the UK who are able to provide the same level and standard as Clarion, for provision, installation and support of the LifeLine product range.
We are continually seeking to work with new partners who are experienced in the provision of fire alarm technology and welcome organisations to join Clarion’s UK Partner Network.
Product Warranty
Clarion warrants LifeLine prodcuts under the Advanced Electronics Limited ("ADVEL") Product Warranty. LifeLine Products come with a 12 month warranty and Clarion will, at its option, either repair, replace, or give a refund for any product or part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by Clarion on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. Any funds given will be at the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made.
